Mill Bay is a quiet village of about 3,200 people located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada about 20 miles north of Victoria, British Columbia, the capital.

Mill Bay was founded in the 1860's and is a major tourist attraction because of its many parks and its overall beachfront community. It is also known for its historic Malahat Drive.
